The Manavsewa Ashram is solely a non-profit social organization founded in Makwanpur, Hetauda, on 29 August 2012, dedicated to making Nepal a 'street people free country' by helping the most vulnerable, impoverished, disabled, homeless, physically weak, or mentally or psychologically challenged people who are forced to live miserable lives in the open sky, street-banks, and public places.
Job Description
Qualifications:
+2 completed (Bachelor’s degree ongoing or completed is a plus)
Skills Required:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong communication in English and Nepali
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Management
· Collect and maintain supplier registration documents.
· Update the supplier register and procurement tracker.
Quotation & Bidding
· Prepare quotations based on goods/services demand.
· Submit requests to suppliers and collect market quotations.
· Prepared Comprehensive Bid Analysis (CBA) for supplier selection.
Purchase Orders & Contracts
· Prepare and approve purchase orders (POs), then submit to suppliers.
· Draft contracts and ensure signatures from both parties.
Goods Receipt & Verification
· Receive goods and verify against POs.
· Update bin cards and stock registers daily.
· Distribute goods to required departments/field locations.
Logistics & Coordination
· Track goods during transit and confirm delivery.
· Load/unload goods and manage repairs/maintenance.
· Coordinate with branches for procurement updates.
Financial & Compliance Tasks
· Collect and submit bills per organizational policy.
· Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing.
· Ensure compliance with government procurement policies.
Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare and verify construction/procurement documents.
· Support the line manager in timely procurement.
