1. Manavsewa Ashram has allocated fund toward the cost of Master planning, detailed design and engineering services for Manavsewa ashram Tilottama and intends to apply a portion of this to eligible payments under this Contract for which this Request for Proposals is issued.

2.      The Client now invites proposals to provide the following consulting services (hereinafter called “Services”): Master planning, detailed design and engineering services for Manavsewa ashram Tilottama.  More details on the Services are provided in the Terms of Reference (Section 7).

3. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office Manavsewa Ashram Raniban, Nagarjun by hand before 5:30 PM on 27/07/2083. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

4 The Client will reject a Proposal if the Consultant drops a JV partner without the Client’s prior consent.

5.  The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 11:00 AM 3/08/2083 at the office of Manavsewa Ashram Raniban, Nagarjun. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the bid submission deadline.

6.    If the last date of submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date.

7. The Manavsewa Ashram reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and also serves the right to award the contract either partially or fully.

8. The proposed work must be completed within the agreed time at the same quoted rate with no price escalation allowed.
