The Manavsewa Ashram is solely a non-profit social organization founded in Makwanpur, Hetauda, on 29 August 2012, dedicated to making Nepal a 'street people free country' by helping the most vulnerable, impoverished, disabled, homeless, physically weak, or mentally or psychologically challenged people who are forced to live miserable lives in the open sky, street-banks, and public places.
Manavsewa Ashram is looking for Executive Assistants to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to our Chairman. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to our mission of creating a street-people-free Nepal while working in a dynamic and impactful role.
📍 Location: Raniban, Kathmandu (with frequent domestic & international travel)

Position Overview
We’re seeking two Executive Assistants who will work very closely with our Chairman, providing high‑level administrative and strategic support. This role is fast‑paced, emotionally rich, and demands discretion, resilience, and genuine empathy. You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate high‑profile engagements including liaising with government and institutional partners, and handle sensitive information. A high degree of travel flexibility and time‑zone adaptability is essential, as you may occasionally need to coordinate or respond outside typical office hours.
Key Responsibilities
1) Calendar & Meetings
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules including regular morning and evening sessions
• Follow up on action items to ensure everything stays on track
2) Communication & Liaison
• Handle email and phone correspondence with professionalism
• Liaise with government bodies, institutional stakeholders, and internal teams
3) Logistics & Travel
• Arrange and support logistics for events, public engagements, and travel (domestic & international)
• Be prepared for extended trips and on‑call coordination across time zones
4) Reporting & Briefings
• Prepare concise reports, briefs, and presentation materials for leadership review
5) Confidentiality & Discretion
• Handle sensitive documents and discussions with the utmost trustworthiness
6) Proactive Support
• Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and keep operations running smoothly
• Be available for occasional late‑night or weekend communications
Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred)
* Experience: 1 to 3 years in executive support, event coordination, or a similar role
* Languages: Fluent in Nepali and English (verbal and written)
* Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
