Role Description
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
Manage HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll, and benefits administration.
Implement and update HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Oversee performance management and staff development initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and social security regulations.
Support organizational restructuring and HR data analytics for decision-making.
Supervise HR officers or assistants as needed.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, Social Security Fund (SSF) regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and organization policies.
Collaborate with management to manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and execute disciplinary procedures with fairness and transparency.
Oversee payroll administration, SSF contributions, employee benefits, and compensation structures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor key HR metrics, drive employee engagement, and strengthen retention strategies.
Lead HR digitalization initiatives and foster continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
Prepare detailed HR reports and provide analytical insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
Qualification:
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,/Master preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication both in Nepali and In English
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR roles, including at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory position.
Strong knowledge of labor law, SSF, payroll management, and HR systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
